Staying fit is a lot of hard work and writing up you meal plans will help. When you're trying to change your eating regime and eat to improve your well-being, planning out your meals can be really helpful. Many times when you have a meal plan, you will not be tempted to grab a quick bite at a fast food drive through, or find yourself somewhere where you don't have the good options you want to stick to. Write out your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options for a week at a time. Note if you'll need to have a day of meal prep set aside to help make meals quicker.

This subject is mostly addressed by purchasing your own mat and not using mats that are provided you and taking the initiative to clean your mat post-practice.

We recommend a sticky mat so that feet don’t slide on the mat and so that the mat doesn’t slide on the floor.We also suggest using materials that enable participants to hold their positions and move safely between poses.

    For breakfast you might have half a grapefruit with a bowl of oatmeal, or you could have a scrambled egg with sauteed vegetables and cheese.

    For lunch you could have a large salad with lettuce, spinach, beets, carrots, a handful of walnuts, half an avocado, and beans. Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over the top.
